Funding and Transparency

Clear status. Clear terms. A record that can be checked.

Financial sustainability should reduce dependence on unpaid labor without making the people doing the work surrender ownership, privacy, or their right to disagree.

Current operating project

BiNet USA is presented as a project of XXYYZZ Society Limited Company, also described as XXYYZZ Society LLC, led by Faith Cheltenham. Historical nonprofit material is archived rather than reused as current tax-status or governance evidence.

This site does not provide a public checkout, collect charitable donations, or promise tax deductibility. Paid work and sponsorship require separate agreed terms.

How the model is intended to work

Labeled advertising, approved promoted events and organizations, sponsorship, commissioned research, training, and implementation work can support operations. Intended network access is free for users. Premium features and automated sponsor billing are not launch requirements.

No revenue total, audience size, investment valuation, or verified sponsor roster is claimed in this release.

The proposed community allocation

A planned 10% allocation of proceeds from the relevant ad-supported AI tools is intended for locally led food-support work in rural African communities. The formula, recipient approval, transfer schedule, and evidence of delivery still need to be published before an operating impact claim.

Reserved funds, transfers made, and documented food support will be reported separately. Individual recipients, account numbers, banking evidence, and private donor records will not be published.

Paid work with a public purpose

Contributor agreements should identify scope, attribution, ownership, confidentiality, payment, and permitted reuse. Sponsor recognition must not become sponsor control of the evidence.

Public policy work and any electoral activity require distinct purposes and records. This site announces the civic project; it is not a campaign contribution page.
