General and collaboration enquiries
Email contact@binetusa.org. Include the subject, relevant public page URL, the action or discussion requested, and a reply address you are comfortable using. Do not include identification, banking information, intimate records, children's details, medical files, or private account credentials.
Corrections and archive concerns
Identify the page and exact wording or material in question. Provide a public source when possible. You do not need to disclose a sexual identity or detailed personal history to request review.
A message is an enquiry, not a guarantee of publication, support, confidentiality, legal representation, or an immediate response. We can discuss an appropriate evidence process before collecting more.
Not an emergency or direct-service line
