Privacy
Participation should not require public disclosure.
This notice describes the current public informational site, updated October 6, 2026. It does not pretend that future product privacy controls are already operating.
The site you are using
The public pages provide information and a historical archive. They do not create dating accounts, accept evidence uploads, collect payments, or run a public AI chat service. The new current pages contain no analytics, ad-targeting, or newsletter scripts.
Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, URL, device or browser information, time, and security cookies. Infrastructure logs and provider retention are not represented here as zero-data or anonymous browsing.
Email enquiries
If you email the project, your address, message, and any attachments enter the existing mail system and relevant service-provider processing. Email is not the same as an encrypted evidence vault. Send minimal information first.
Enquiries should be used for their stated project purpose, not silently treated as campaign contacts, advertising audiences, public testimony, or permission to train an AI model. Ask about a different handling route before sending sensitive evidence.
Archive material
The archive holds restored material that was already in the public site release. A historical record may contain an old public contact or personal account; that does not remove the need for privacy review. Request review if a page exposes information that should no longer be available.
Raw source backups, credentials, private messages, donor records, protected legal, medical, and family information are not part of the new publication package.
Future networks and AI
BiNet and biDTF remain in development. Their intended controls cover discovery, social links, profile visibility, age, blocking, reporting, and separation of adult participation. An operating account product needs its own tested data map and product-specific notice before launch.
The planned ad-supported AI model must use labeled, consent-aware placements. Protected testimony, identity disclosures, and sensitive records are not available for advertising or model training by default.
Questions, corrections, and removal requests
Contact contact@binetusa.org with the page or data concern and the requested review. Do not send identity documents in an initial request. We may need to discuss proportionate verification before acting on another person's information.
This notice is an operational description of this release, not a promise that every jurisdiction-specific privacy requirement or future feature has already been implemented.
