Privacy notice

You decide what becomes visible.

Participation never requires public disclosure of bisexuality, location, social accounts, or dating activity.

Information we use

We use account details, profile choices, verification status, messages, reports, event participation, and security records to operate the services you choose. Verification files are encrypted and stored privately.

Your visibility controls

You control public visibility, profile visibility, identity disclosure, city disclosure, relationship disclosure, social-link visibility, and discovery in BiNet and biDTF independently. Private and hidden fields are not sponsor targeting data.

Advertising

Approved advertising may use broad context such as a selected product, public event, or city. We do not sell hidden sexuality fields, private social identities, messages, verification files, or report content.

Retention and control

You can export your account data and request deletion from the account screen. Safety and audit records may be retained when reasonably required to protect people, investigate abuse, comply with law, or document an organizational decision.

Service providers

Infrastructure and email providers process limited information needed to host the platform and deliver account mail. Access is limited to operational need.

Public archive boundary: restored historical pages are public records of prior publication. Private mail, donor data, credentials, submissions, and unresolved evidence are not part of the public archive.
