Your account
Keep access credentials private, provide materially accurate account information, and do not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for your own interactions and decisions.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, out, deceive, exploit, discriminate against, or publish intimate material about another person without consent. Do not evade blocks, compromise accounts, scrape private data, or misuse reporting systems.
Moderation
BiNet USA may restrict content, events, sponsors, or accounts to enforce safety and these terms. Reports and decisions may be documented in an audit record. Appeals may be submitted through support.
Free access and sponsorship
Launch access is free for users. Sponsored and promoted material must be labeled and does not purchase access to private member information or moderation outcomes.
Service availability
Public beta features may change as safety, reliability, and community needs are tested. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
