Information and historical material
The site publishes project information, policy proposals, attributed testimony, and restored historical pages. Nothing here guarantees the accuracy of every historical assertion, the availability of an old external service, or a particular legal, medical, financial, or political outcome.
Policy proposals are not current law. The project does not create an attorney-client relationship, professional clinical service, emergency service, or contractual engagement through a website visit or initial enquiry.
Authorship and reuse
Historical writers, creators, organizers, photographers, and other rights holders retain their relevant rights. Preservation does not mean we own every item, that visitors receive a blanket reuse license, or that the original bisexual pride flag is exclusively ours.
When quoting or discussing this work, preserve attribution, date, context, and the distinction between testimony, proposals, and findings. Ask about permissions for images, substantial reproductions, commissioned work, or use not otherwise permitted by law.
No checkout or registration contract
This release does not sell memberships, process charitable donations, create network accounts, book events, or accept sponsorship payments online. Paid work, placements, and collaborations require separate written terms.

Changes and questions
Current pages are dated and may be revised as evidence, project status, or operating details change. Material corrections should remain visible rather than silently rewriting the historical record.
