The 10% Food-Support Commitment
A planned allocation. A responsibility to show the work.
We plan to allocate 10% of proceeds from the relevant ad-supported AI tools to locally led food-support work in rural African communities. This is a development commitment, not a claim of funds already transferred or meals already delivered.
What still needs to be defined
The eligible products, revenue basis, permitted deductions, recipient programs, countries, transfer schedule, and reporting method must be published before the allocation operates. 'Proceeds' must not be used to blur gross receipts, net revenue, and profit.
No recipient organization or village is announced as a confirmed partner in this release. The project will not promise food from ad views before there is a working revenue and delivery arrangement.
Three records, not one impact claim
People fed and meals delivered must come from delivery evidence, not an advertising forecast or an invented conversion rate. Aggregate reporting should protect recipients' identities and dignity.
- Reserved: the amount calculated and set aside under the published formula.
- Transferred: the amount actually delivered to the approved recipient program, with appropriate receipts.
- Documented support: the food-support activity independently recorded by the local program.
Local leadership and unconditional dignity
Food support must not depend on voting, religious affiliation, sexuality disclosure, public gratitude, providing intimate testimony, or becoming an advertising audience. Local governance, recipient consent, safeguarding, and lawful transfers belong in the operating plan.
Sponsors may support the work, but they do not buy access to protected people or control policy findings.
