Advocacy & Legal Action

BiNet USA is more than a research lab; we are a civil‑rights engine working to expose injustice and defend the liberties of bisexual, pansexual and unlabeled people everywhere. Under the umbrella of XXYYZZ and the Faith & Storm ecosystem, we are:

  • documenting human rights abuses in family courts, child support systems and disability programs;
  • collecting evidence on discrimination against bi+ individuals in tech, healthcare and education;
  • working with attorneys and journalists to build sound cases;
  • publishing reports, briefing papers and petitions to inform policy makers and the public; and
  • mobilizing our community through digital campaigns, town halls and targeted public comments.

Our whistleblower platform allows survivors, witnesses and allies to safely submit documents and stories to our legal team. We follow a phased approach to disclosure: we gather documentation, secure legal review, issue a private clarification to those involved, and then begin public advocacy once we have ethical and factual clarity. This ensures we protect victims while pushing for systemic reform.

We stand for justice, innovation and power for the bi+ community. We collaborate with other civil‑rights organizations, transform personal narratives into policy change, and train a new generation of activists to use technology and law as tools for liberation.
